Is a ti 84 calculator allowed on the act? If you're using any of the newer TI-84 C editions, you will need to plug the calculator into the charging port and wait a few minutes for it to charge.
Take off the back piece and place four AAA batteries into the calculator. If you just got a brand new TI-84, take it out of the box.
